Cellular hydration

For most people in developed countries, getting enough water to drink isn’t the problem.  The challenge is keeping that water in the body – more specifically, in the cells - to avoid cellular dehydration.

If cells membranes are not strong, healthy and high-functioning, cells can’t maintain the optimal level of hydration they need to work at their peak.  Weak, under-hydrated dry cells are the root of signs of aging and many disease processes.

Keeping skin well hydrated and protected from the outside with proper cleansers, sunscreens, treatment products and moisturizers improves barrier function and gives skin a stronger resistance against environmental assaults.

To hydrate from the inside and boost the skin’s defenses, bolster cell membranes with essential fatty acids and natural antioxidants from foods and supplements.  By increasing cellular water content in strengthened cells, skin will appear plumper and clearer, and there will be a notable difference in both texture and elasticity.

Equally important is treating yourself to fun and relaxing activities that make you happy.  We’ve done extensive research that has revealed that cellular water is higher in people who take time out for themselves to participate in community functions, hobbies and enjoyable exercise.

So, topical skincare+ smiles + water-rich foods = superior whole-body hydration inside and out for a more vibrant and youthful appearance.
