- Drink lots of water
- Eat slowly and respectfully
- Read Labels
- Stick to Portions
- Watch oils, nuts, dressings, cheese, butter, and even “healthy stuff!”
- Consume more fruit and less juice
- Eat organic, locally grown, and seasonal when possible
- Try not to eat after dinner & don’t eat your last meal too late
- Avoid all junk food
- Cook for the week: Soups, salads and Ployes
- Dining out - make a plan and stick to it
- Limit alcohol and don’t smoke
