Be Your Own Healthcare Advocate

I've been to Washington, DC many times to interview representatives in Congress and Senators, but never before have I hit Capitol Hill to advocate for my own cause. I teamed up with Susan G. Komen and Areyoudense.org and met with a number of state representatives to discuss legislation on a topic that affects almost half of the women in this country - breast density. We asked them to sign onto a federal bill that would mandate radiologists to include breast density reporting in a patients mammography report. Do you know your density?
