Now this woman is a force to be reckoned with. Nancy Cappello is one of the most prominent voices in advocating for breast density education nation wide since she too was affected by this issue. After 11 years of "normal" mammograms, Nancy finally learned that a mammogram does not work for her because of her dense breast tissue. She later had an ultrasound, which ultimately found her aggressive breast cancer. We joined forces in DC to continue our efforts to pass breast density legislation.
