When I lost all of my hair I sought out wigs and hairpieces, so I learned pretty quickly the difference between real hair wigs vs the synthetics. I actually found that there were some real perks to the synthetics. They tend to be less expensive than human hair wigs and don't make your head so darn hot in the summer!
