3 Things To Remember For Your Next Mammogram

Any which way you look at it, mammograms are still the standard of practice for breast cancer screening. It's recommended that all women begin screening at age 40, unless otherwise prescribed by your doctor. And if you don't yet know about your own breast density, make sure you ask! My mammogram is how I found out that I had dense breast tissue thus ordering my follow up ultrasound, which ultimately led to finding my cancer.

There are a few things that you should know before scheduling your next exam. Here are 3 tips to help you along your way.
